Amman, April 23 (Petra) – Applied Science Private University has entered the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings for the first time, claiming the top position among Jordanian universities and placing 183rd across Asia in the 2025 edition.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the university said the Times rankings are based on 18 carefully selected performance indicators that offer a comprehensive assessment of institutional performance. These indicators span five key areas: teaching (learning environment), research environment, research quality and impact, international outlook, and industry collaboration.
