Minister of Labor Khaled Bakkar emphasized that the agreement reflects the government’s drive to support employment and strengthen the role of national institutions in attracting qualified Jordanians, highlighting the importance of continued cooperation among government entities to achieve development goals and increase sustainable employment opportunities for Jordanians.

Bakkar also praised Jordan Post for winning the 2024 International Customer Service Award for the second consecutive year, awarded by the Universal Postal Union (UPU), in recognition of the quality of response and the effectiveness of handling requests and inquiries from customers of the international express mail service (EMS).

He affirmed that the achievement reflects Jordan Post’s commitment to improving customer experience and elevating service standards to meet the highest international quality benchmarks.
