14/ PM takes part in sectoral sessions to draft EMV's 2nd executive program
Amman, Aug 23 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan on Saturday took part in sectoral working sessions to prepare the second executive program of the Economic Modernization Vision (EMV) for 2026–2029, which began at the Prime Ministry. During the sessions, the premier exchanged discussions with participants representing the private sector, along with experts and specialists, on the projects, priorities and initiatives that will be included in the program in the fields of tourism, investment, energy and water. The Prime Ministry on Saturday hosted the launch of the sectoral sessions for drafting the second executive program of the vision, building on workshops held at the Royal Hashemite Court last month to review and evaluate progress made in implementing the first phase of the vision. The sessions stressed the importance of engaging all sectors in shaping the second executive program, particularly the private sector, as a key partner in setting priorities and implementing the projects and programs it will include. The meetings will continue through September 6 with the participation of experts and specialists representing various sectors within the drivers defined by the Economic Modernization Vision. The goal is to formulate the components of the second executive program through an interactive process involving different sectors, in a way that reflects each sector’s priorities and translates them into clear and defined projects and programs with timelines and measurable performance indicators. //Petra// AF
