22/ Princess Sarvath Community College celebrates 44th graduation
Amman, August 27 (Petra) – Under the patronage of Princess Sarvath El Hassan, Princess Sarvath Community College (PSCC) celebrated graduation of its 44th class on Wednesday at the Cultural Palace in Al Hussein Youth City. Delivering a speech, the PSCC's Dean, Dr. Basem Louzi, reviewed the college's key and notable achievements over the past years, highlighting its successes in education and training fields, as well as its students' academic excellence. Louzi also commended achievements of excelling female students, who garnered the first place nationwide on National Comprehensive Examination (Shamel), the annual comprehensive final exam for community colleges. Louzi highlighted milestones of the college's Learning Disabilities Center, which contributed "effectively" to the release of the fifth edition of the Wechsler-5 Intelligence Scale for Children and the Basic English Language Skills Diagnostic Scale, the first of its kind in the region. Louzi noted the center has become a "national model" in the learning difficulties areas. During the ceremony, a graduate student delivered a speech on behalf of her colleagues, expressing the students' pride in studying at this "distinguished" educational institution. She thanked the professors and the students' families for their continuous support throughout their years of study. Concluding the ceremony, Her Highness distributed certificates to the college's graduates.
