London, December 23 (Petra) – The British pound sterling remained relatively stable against the US dollar on Tuesday, edging down by 0.07% to $1.34773, according to reports from British financial centres.

In contrast, the pound recorded a slight gain against the euro, rising 0.02% to €1.14546.
