Amman, March 13 (Petra) - The second phase of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's (KSRelief) clinic operation project in Zaatari camp, carried out in cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), commenced on Thursday. This initiative aims to enhance healthcare services for refugees, building on the achievements of the first phase. The project offers primary, secondary, and specialized healthcare services, including general medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology, ENT, ophthalmology, dermatology, and dentistry. It also seeks to empower the Jordanian health workforce while providing Syrian refugees with opportunities in non-specialized jobs to promote economic sustainability. Hussein Shibli, Secretary-General of the JHCO, expressed gratitude to KSRelief for its ongoing support. He emphasized that the second phase will build on the success of the first phase, which significantly improved healthcare services in the camp and helped reduce the burden on local health facilities, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. //Petra// AO
