**Amman, March 15 (Petra) - Minister of Youth, Yazan Shdeifat, participated on Saturday in youth and sports activities organized by the Youth Directorate in Ajloun.

The events included a Ramadan competition and a chess tournament, with participation from youth members of the Ajloun Youth and Shabab Ebin Abilin centers, as well as the All Jordan Youth Commission (AJYC).

The activities also featured a discussion session on the virtues of the holy month of Ramadan, with the participation of members from the Ajloun Youth Center.

The events concluded with a dialogue session involving members from the Ajloun Youth and Shabab Ebin Abilin centers. Shdeifat emphasized the ministry's commitment to developing and activating youth centers, offering youth programs aligned with technological advancements and entrepreneurship that contribute to preparing young people for future jobs.

Shdeifat highlighted the importance of promoting volunteer work programs in youth centers, pointing to the Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, which aims to foster a culture of volunteering and recognize the efforts of individuals, organizations, and volunteer teams.

During the meeting, young people proposed several ideas and initiatives aimed at activating youth work in the governorate.

Following the activities, Minister Shdeifat honored Quran memorizers and the winners of the religious competition and chess championship.
