London, March 17 (Petra) – Minister for the Middle East at the British Foreign Office Hamish Falconer said on Monday that the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip is critical.

He said on X that Israel's two-week ban on aid entry has hampered the provision of food, water, and healthcare in Gaza.

Falconer said Israel must immediately lift its restrictions on the entry of aid to avoid more suffering.
