Amman, October 7 (Petra) – Shrapnel from an air-burst object fell in the city of Aqaba on Tuesday, reported a military source from the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces.

According to the source, no serious injuries were reported, though one vehicle was damaged.

Specialised teams from the Armed Forces and Public Security Directorate (PSD) responded to the scene. An investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
