Amman, October 7 (Petra) – The Southern Military Zone thwarted two attempted drone infiltrations along its western front and within its area of responsibility early Tuesday morning.

According to a military source, the attempts were intercepted in coordination with relevant security agencies. Upon detecting the drones, Border Guard forces downed them inside Jordanian territory.

The drones were subsequently handed over to the competent authorities for further investigation.
