2/ Cool Conditions Continue Across Kingdom with Chance of Light Rain in Northern Areas
Amman, Apr. 10 (Petra)-- Relatively cool weather is expected to prevail across most parts of Jordan on Friday, while warmer conditions will persist in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, low-altitude clouds will appear, particularly over the northern regions, with a chance of light rain showers in the far north. Winds will be moderate westerlies, occasionally becoming active. On Saturday, similar conditions are forecast to continue, with relatively cool weather in most areas and warmer temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low clouds are expected, and light rain showers may fall in limited parts of the northern regions. Winds will shift to northwesterly, remaining moderate but occasionally becoming active and raising dust, especially in desert areas. By Sunday, the weather will remain relatively cool across most regions and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Low clouds will persist, particularly in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom. Winds will continue to be northwesterly, moderate in speed, and occasionally active. Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 16 degrees Celsius, and a low of 8 degrees Celsius.
