Ajloun, April 25 (Petra) – The Ajloun Cable Car management said on Saturday it is extending the Ajloun Spring Festival at the cable car station until next Saturday due to an amazing turnout.

The management of the Ajloun Telefrik of the Jordan Free and Development Zones Group said it witnessed an "exceptional influx of visitors" on Friday, 5,728 in a single day, a figure that shows a growing interest in the site as a preferred tourist destination at the weekends.

It reiterated a commitment to enhancing the visitor experience and improving the level of services provided, thus reinforcing the Ajloun Cable Car as a top tourist destination in the Kingdom.

The high turnout during the three-day event is attributed to the distinctive spring weather in the region, in addition to a unique experience offered by the cable car, which combines stunning natural scenery with breathtaking panoramic views, it said.

Meantime, the cable car's operating staff carried out intensive efforts to ensure a smooth traffic flow as field teams worked around the clock to manage the large number of passengers, while maintaining the highest standards of public safety and providing a proper service.
