Amman, April 27 (Petra) -- The anniversary of the Jordan Television’s establishment has prompted reflection on its enduring role as one of the Kingdom’s most influential media institutions, documenting national developments since its launch in 1968.

Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani said the occasion serves as a reminder of Jordan Television’s position as a foundational pillar of both Jordanian and Arab media. Over decades, it has remained a consistent source of national storytelling and a trusted platform for public information.

Momani highlighted the broadcaster’s role in nurturing generations of media professionals, describing it as an important training ground that helped set professional standards across the industry and contributed skilled talent to the wider Arab media scene.
