Amman, April 29 (Petra) -- Stable and moderate weather conditions are prevailing on Wednesday, with temperatures expected to rise slightly on Thursday before fluctuating again toward the weekend, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department. Conditions today remain generally sunny and moderate across most regions, while warmer weather continues in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some clouds are visible at varying altitudes, with northwesterly winds blowing at moderate speeds. A slight increase in temperatures is forecast for Thursday, bringing conditions closer to seasonal averages. The weather will turn warmer across most regions and relatively hot in low-lying areas, with northwesterly winds remaining moderate. A minor decline in temperatures is expected on Friday, restoring moderate conditions across most regions, while warmer weather persists in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will remain northwesterly, becoming active at times during the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to rise again on Saturday, with warm conditions returning across most regions and relatively hot weather in low-lying areas. High clouds are forecast, while winds will shift from southeasterly to southwesterly and may become active at times during the evening. Temperature ranges on Wednesday reflect regional variation, with East Amman forecast between 24 C and 14 C, and West Amman between 22 C and 12 C. Northern highlands will record 20 C to 11 C, while the Sharah highlands range between 21 C and 10 C. In the Badia, temperatures are expected between 28 C and 14 C, and in the plains between 25 C and 15 C.
