Amman, April 29 (Petra) – The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced scheduled technical maintenance and system updates for the National Contact Centre, to be carried out from Thursday at 8:00 PM until Friday at 8:00 AM, May 1.

In a statement issued Wednesday, the ministry said the updates are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital infrastructure and improve the quality of services provided to Jordanians, aiming to ensure a more efficient and responsive user experience.

The ministry noted that users may experience temporary interruptions in National Contact Centre services during the maintenance period and advised them to take this into consideration.
