Amman, April 29 (Petra) – The General Assembly of Orange Jordan approved the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders totaling JD 41.25 million, equivalent to JD .220 per share.

According to a company statement issued Wednesday, the distribution represents 99.5% of the company's net profits and 22% of its capital of JD 187.5 million.

The decision was taken during the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting, chaired by Board Chair Ruslan Dirani, and attended by board members, CEO Philippe Mansour, senior management, Assistant Controller of Companies Hashem Harash, auditor from Deloitte & Touche (Middle East) Jordan Ahmed Shteiwi, legal advisor Thaer Najdawi and shareholders representing 86.66% of the company’s capital.

The General Assembly approved all agenda items, including the minutes of the previous meeting, the Board of Directors’ report, the auditors’ report, and the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

According to the financial results, total revenues reached JD 361.3 million, while the customer base exceeded 5 million subscribers across all services.

Capital expenditures during 2025 amounted to JD 75.5 million, representing 20.9% of total revenues, with most investments directed toward 5G development and expansion of the fiber optic network.

The company noted that it has invested approximately JD 1.7 billion in network development since 2000.

During the meeting, Dirani said 2025 reflected Orange Jordan’s continued commitment to a strategy focused on innovation, efficiency and improving customer experience, which contributed positively to its financial and operational performance.

CEO Philippe Mansour said the company continued during 2025 to enhance digital customer experience, strengthen network reliability and expand service offerings to meet the needs of both individual and business customers.
