Amman, August 26 (Petra) - Jordanian Community in the UK's (JCUK) Founding Council opened membership registration for Jordanians living across the UK.

In remarks to "Petra" Wednesday, Chairman Ghassan Utaibi said the step is a "vital shift" from the JCUK's initial setup to "active" community participation in governance and leadership selection.

Utaibi also urged Jordanians in the UK to register via the organization's official website at www.jcuk.org.uk.

Prospective members can review the bylaws, membership categories, requirements, and member rights and responsibilities directly on the platform.

Scheduled to begin Monday, Nov. 23, the council announced elections will be held for picking the new board of directors.

Registered as a UK non-profit limited by guarantee, JCUK supports the local Jordanian expats while elevating its cultural, social, and professional profile across the country.
