20/ CCB provided clothes to 660 underprivileged families in Karak, Irbid
Amman, Feb. 10 (Petra) – Charity Clothes Bank (CCB) has completed the simultaneous launch of 3 mobile outlets as part of its "Our Homeland" program, dedicated to servE beneficiary families in the governorates of Karak and Irbid. The program aims to alleviate financial burdens on underprivileged households to secure clothing items honorably. According to a CCB statement issued on Tuesday, 2 mobile outlets were launched in Al-Iraq and Mu'tah areas of Karak governorate, , as services were provided to beneficiary families by implementing an organized mechanism to ensure easy access and a wide range of choices. Meanwhile, the third outlet was launched in the Northern Jordan Valley/Mu'adh Bin Jabal Municipality in Irbid Governorate, with the participation of volunteers from the local youth center. The statement announced these 3 centers served 660 needy families, comprised 3,324 individuals, providing approximately 17,633 clothing items. Established in 2013 by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), the bank said the initiative was held with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan, which reflects its commitment to easing the economic burden on beneficiary families to meet their essential needs.
