Amman, Feb 10 (Petra) - The El Hassan Youth Award carried out an introductory and follow-up visit to schools affiliated with the Military Culture Directorate in the central and northern regions, with the participation of 20 schools and 40 award leaders, at Al-Thawra Al-Arabiya Secondary School for Boys in Zarqa. The visit was attended by the liaison officer for northern and central schools at the Military Culture Directorate, Captain Moath Al Bayaydah.

The visit aimed to introduce the award’s levels and timeframes bronze, silver, and gold as well as its four programs: service, skills, physical recreation, and adventurous journeys. It also included an explanation of the registration mechanism on the award’s computerized system and a practical application for registering participants.

The visit included a review of how schools participate in the service program, covering civil defense, traffic awareness, and community policing, in addition to an explanation of the adventurous journeys program.

At the end of the meeting, leaders’ inquiries regarding student participation, project implementation mechanisms, and documentation of activities were addressed.
