In order to offer technical assistance in determining the necessary digital skills, identifying current skill shortages, and assessing labor market demands within the digital industry, the cooperation focuses on knowledge exchange. Along with creating and modifying digital training materials and curriculum to guarantee alignment with market demands, it will also help build criteria for youth selection, assessment, and career guiding tools. By establishing channels that give target populations access to training programs, career counseling, and entrepreneurial support, both organizations hope to assist young people and job seekers. With a focus on the information technology industry, these programs will connect beneficiaries with accessible career possibilities in the market, improve digital skills, and enhance technical and practical competence. //Petra// MF
