Amman, Feb. 15 (Petra) – Minister of Government Communication, Dr. Mohammad Momani, said the Veterans Day constitutes a national milestone to recall the highest levels of sacrifice and devotion and honor military retirees, who performed their duty faithfully.

Momani noted this group presented honorable examples in defending Jordan, its security and stability, and the nation's just causes, under the wise Hashemite leadership.

In his remarks, Momani stated military retirees' sacrifices and their contributions in the field of military service will endure in the national consciousness and an integral part of the values ??of the Jordanian state.

Momani, who is also the government's official spokesperson, added that the nation is "proud" of these ex-servicemen's contributions and appreciates their role in consolidating the foundations of security and stability and building the path of achievement.

Momani added that this occasion represents a "lasting message of loyalty for veterans, who served the Kingdom and contributed to protecting its achievements, stressing the Kingdom's continued appreciation for their efforts and its keenness to enhance their status to showcase their sacrifices.
