Amman, Feb 16 (Petra) – Labor Minister Khaled Bakkar and his Qatari counterpart Ali Al-Marri discussed in Doha on Monday areas of joint cooperation.

The meeting tackled the labor market and the exchange of expertise between the two countries, and allow more Jordanian professionals to join the Qatari market.

The ministers noted the strong and enduring relations between Qatar and Jordan, and reviewed ways to exchange expertise in professional labor market regulation, workplace inspections, and enhancing occupational health and safety standards, with the aim of creating a safe working environment for employees.
