Amman, Feb.24 (Petra) – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi on Tuesday received a phone call from South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola.

According to a Foreign Ministry statement, the two ministers discussed prospects for developing bilateral relations and increasing economic cooperation.

The duo also went over the region's situation, particularly developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, and efforts to achieve regional security and stability.
