Amman, January 13 (Petra) – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, received Chief of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Jordan, Fathima Nusrath Ghazzali.

During the meeting held at General Command of Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) Tuesday, the two sides discussed areas of joint cooperation and coordination between the Jordanian army and the IOM, particularly regarding migration issues and humanitarian crisis management.

The duo also discussed exchanging expertise in emergency response and capacity building areas, which contributes to supporting national efforts and enhancing regional stability.
