Amman, July 12 (Petra) - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan declared on Sunday a four-day national mourning period, during which flags across the Kingdom will fly at half-mast to following the death of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The government offered its condolences to the people and leadership of Qatar on the passing of the former ruler.
