Amman, July 15 (Petra) -- Jordan's domestic revenues remained stable during the first five months of 2026 despite regional security challenges and disruptions, reaching JD4.071 billion, compared with JD4.067 billion during the same period in 2025, according to public finance data. The performance was driven by continued growth in tax revenues, which increased by about JD23 million to reach nearly JD2.978 billion, reflecting improved tax collection efficiency and the effectiveness of government measures to enhance domestic revenues. The data showed that foreign grants increased by about JD75 million during the first five months of 2026, compared with the same period in 2025, reaching nearly JD97 million.
