Amman, June 29 (Petra) - The Ministry of Education is expanding school-based drug prevention efforts through awareness campaigns, life skills programs, and partnerships with the Anti-Narcotics Department to protect students from substance abuse, Secretary-General Nawaf Ajarmeh said on Monday.

The ministry works under the "Yes to Life, No to Drugs" campaign strategy, focusing on building students' resilience and decision-making skills through lectures, workshops, and interactive activities, Ajarameh said in an event marking the 2026 International Day Against Drug Abuse.
