  53/ Kuwait Intercepts Ballistic Missiles and Drones, Reports Minor Injuries

Amman, March 17 (Petra) -- Kuwaiti Armed Forces have neutralized several hostile aerial threats over the past 24 hours, intercepting two ballistic missiles and 13 drones, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense spokesperson Colonel Saud Al-Atwan said on Tuesday.

In a media briefing regarding current regional events reported by the official Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Atwan stated that the interception operations were carried out with high efficiency. He confirmed that no significant material damage was recorded as a result of the attacks.

The spokesperson noted that two minor injuries were reported due to falling shrapnel. He added that both individuals are in stable condition and have received the necessary medical treatment.
