Cairo, March 31 (Petra) -- The Arab Parliament denounced a foiled terrorist plot aimed at carrying out acts of sabotage in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

In a statement issued Tuesday, the parliament expressed full support and solidarity with Bahrain, underscoring its support for all measures taken to safeguard national sovereignty, maintain internal security, and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.

It reiterated its unequivocal rejection of terrorism and extremism in all forms, regardless of motives or sources, particularly acts aimed at undermining stability in Arab states. The Parliament also stressed the importance of enhancing joint Arab action and coordination to combat terrorism.
