  2/ Mild Weather Prevails Through Saturday - JMD 

Amman, May 27 (Petra)-- Moderate weather conditions are expected to prevail across most regions of the Kingdom on Wednesday, while relatively hot conditions will continue in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

The department said high-altitude clouds are expected to appear, with moderate northwesterly winds becoming active at times, causing dust in desert areas.

Temperatures are forecast to drop slightly on Thursday, bringing pleasant weather to most parts of the Kingdom and moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

High clouds are also expected, while moderate northwesterly winds may become active intermittently, stirring dust, particularly in desert regions.

Pleasant weather is expected to continue on Friday across most areas, with moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Some low-altitude clouds are forecast, accompanied by moderate northwesterly winds that may become active at times.

On Saturday, moderate weather is expected in most regions, while relatively hot conditions will persist in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. High clouds are forecast to appear, with moderate northwesterly winds continuing throughout the day.

Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 29 degrees Celsius, and a low of 14 degrees.

Highs in the port city of Aqaba will stand at 35 degrees, sliding to 22 degrees.
